At Agent Saathi, we are committed to delivering valuable, actionable content and tools that empower insurance agents. As our services are digital and subscription-based, please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
 

🔁 1. No Refunds on Subscriptions

All subscription payments (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are non-refundable once the payment is processed, regardless of usage or inactivity.

This includes:

• Core Plan

• Builder Plan

• Add-On Modules (e.g., Risk Conversation Kit)

We encourage users to explore the 7-day free trial before subscribing.

⚠️ 2. Exceptions to the Policy

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same subscription

• A duplicate transaction occurred due to a technical issue

• You were incorrectly billed after cancellation (with proof of cancellation)

To request a refund in these cases, please contact us at hello@agentsaathi.com within 7 days of the transaction.

🔒 3. No Refunds for Partial Use

We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time during an active subscription.
 

🔄 4. Cancellation vs Refund

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for the remaining period.
